Celebrate African Heritage/Black History Month with the Halifax Black Film Festival (HBFF)!
Help shine a spotlight on films made by Black filmmakers and uplift the voices of Black creatives. Through interactive discussions, film screenings and unique events, the festival aims to promote awareness, understanding, and appreciation of Black cinema. Join your community this February to recognize and appreciate diverse perspectives.
Screenings will be held both online and in-person. This year CineSend will be the platform used for online viewing.
